My daughter was seeing a well known psychologist for 2 years between the ages of 16 - 18 years. The psychologist was helping her to a degree but she never had a breakthrough and she kept going back to her destructive relationship. Infact the physiologist advised that the sessions were over and that she was satisfied that my daughter was ready to continue without further assistance. My daughter went back to her destructive relationship and fell into a deep depression. At this stage I asked my psychologist for a psychiatrist as my daughter was suffering from depression, anxiety and mental blocks, especially during exams and all this was happening during her most essential grade 10/11 and 12 years.

My daughter needed to see a psychiatrist because she was dealing with suicidal thoughts. By a miracle we had the pleasure of meeting Nurah in late 2019. After a 2 hour session with Nurah, my daughter was transformed. My daughter had a complete breakthrough. She came out of the session feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted off her shoulders. She felt empowered enough to break off a destructive 2 year relationship with her then boyfriend without any depression or negative side effects at all. Infact quite the contrary she instantly blossomed into the most confident, strong capable young woman during the most vital years of her life. Amina not only has the technical skills but she is the most caring, compassionate person with a strong spiritual gift to heal people. She is a master in her field and has proven to be an exceptional inspiration to my 18 year old daughter. This is a special gift as my daughter Is a strong willed teenager who wouldn’t listen to reason.

Through Nurah's expertise and holistic approach to heal the mind, body and soul. My daughter has learnt to make wise choices and to recognise toxic relationships and most of all she graduated from high school age 19 now with 4 distinctions in a highly academic school, all thanks to Nurah.

She still sees Nurah whenever she feels like she needs to re balance her life and she just gets stronger and stronger. My daughter absolutely loves Nurah she thinks she is the most special gifted person and recommends everyone to Nurah. My 21 year old son had the exact same experience with Nurah as she also helped him to effectively cope with the heartbreak of a long term relationship breakup.
